I. Controller

The controller of the Users' personal data provided in connection with the use of the Services (hereinafter the "Personal Data") is Petring Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Przylep, ul. Ogrodnicza 5, 66-015 Przylep-Zielona Góra, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000586288, NIP: 779 243 62 24, REGON: 36299295200000.

II. How the Users' Personal Data are collected

Browsing the content of the Website does not require the User to provide Personal Data.

Using the Services may require the User to provide Personal Data. In that case, not providing Personal Data may limit the ability to use the Services.

The User may also have to provide Personal Data in other justified circumstances, for example when sending the controller a request for particular information, and the User is informed of this each time.

When the User uses the Services on a mobile device, the controller may obtain, in particular, the identification data of the mobile device, of the internet service provider and of the subscriber. Data collected in this way are processed anonymously and are used only for statistical purposes or to make sure the User can use the Website correctly.

The controller may run surveys among Users in order to obtain particular demographic and profile data (such as age, education, occupation, earnings). Filling in a survey is always voluntary, and the Personal Data collected in this way are processed anonymously and used for statistical analyses and for building the collective picture of the Users that is passed to the controller's partners. Disclosing these data is always voluntary.

III. Scope of the Personal Data and their processing

To the extent justified by the given Service, the controller may ask the User to provide in particular the following Personal Data: first name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The terms of a Service may name other Personal Data that the User has to provide in order to use the Service.

The controller processes Personal Data in order to deliver the Services, to market its own services and products, and for other legally justified purposes.

IV. Basis for processing the Personal Data

Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent given by the User and in the cases in which the law authorises the controller to process personal data.

The User gives consent to the processing of their Personal Data by ticking the appropriate place in the form during the registration procedure or another procedure that opens access to the Services. The User may withdraw consent at any time.

V. Commercial information, surveys

The controller may send Users, including to the e-mail addresses they have given, commercial information about the products and services of the entities belonging to Petring Sp. z o.o. and about the products and services of its partners, among other things in the form of internet transmissions (webcasts), provided that the User has consented to receive them. The User may withdraw consent at any time.

The controller may send Users, including to the e-mail addresses they have given, the surveys referred to in point III.5 above, provided that the User has consented to receive them. The User may withdraw consent at any time.

The controller may process Personal Data in order to improve the Services and in order to adapt the advertisements, materials or recommendations shown on the Website to the preferences or interests of the User, provided that the User has consented to this. For this purpose the controller may link the Personal Data provided by the User in connection with the use of a given Service with other Personal Data concerning that User that the controller already processes.

VI. Data related to browsing the content of the Website

The controller collects information related to the Users' browsing of the Website, such as the number and source of visits to the Website, the time of a visit, the content viewed, the number and type of subpages opened, the links used and the IP number of the computer. The controller does not link such information with the User's Personal Data and does not use it to identify the User, unless this is necessary for the correct delivery of the Service.

The controller uses the information referred to in paragraph 1 above only for purposes connected with market and internet traffic research within the Website, for statistical purposes, and in particular to assess the interest in the content published on the Website and to improve the content of the Website and the quality of the services delivered.

The controller uses cookies or similar files. Files of this type allow the controller, in particular, to adapt the website of the Website better to the individual interests and preferences of the User. In most internet browsers you can delete cookies from the hard disk of the computer, block all cookies that are sent, or set a warning before such a file is saved on the disk. VII. Transfer and sharing of the Personal Data

1. The use of some Services may involve sharing or transferring the User's Personal Data to other users of the Website, or sharing or transferring Personal Data outside the Website. If as a result the Personal Data are transferred to another controller, the processing of the Personal Data is governed by the privacy policy adopted by that controller.

2. The controller may transfer or share Personal Data with third parties where:

a) the user consents to this, or

b) it is justified by the provisions of the law, or

c) it is necessary in order to deliver the Services.

3. In the cases above, Personal Data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States of America.

VIII. Rights of the User

The User has the right to access the content of the Personal Data and to correct and update them.

If the Personal Data change, the User should update the Personal Data in their personalised profile on the Website, if they have one.

The controller gives the User the possibility to have their Personal Data removed from the data set at the User's request, and also in other cases on the basis of the provisions of the applicable law.

The controller may refuse to remove the Personal Data if the User has not settled all amounts due to the controller or has breached the terms of the Website or of any Service or the applicable provisions of the law, and keeping the Personal Data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and to establish the User's liability.

A User of the Website may contact the controller at any time in order to obtain information on whether and how the controller uses or intends to use their Personal Data.

A User of the Website may also ask the controller to remove their Personal Data in whole or in a defined part.
